What is it?

In Qubit, the Community Contest is your chance to showcase your creativity and contribute to the constantly evolving Qubit universe. This exciting feature allows you to use your imagination and compete for recognition, rewards, and to see your creations featured in the game world to utilize them in different occasions. To participate you need to own a Voxel NFT (or pay with $QBIT for the amount of voxels you use), open the Creator Tool, select a blueprint, and start creating ⇒ see Creator Tool for step by step tutorial!

How It Works?

1. New Contest, New Blueprint: For each community contest a brand-new blueprint is added. This blueprint serves as the bones of the creation. You can load in the bones of the blueprint or a template creation to start from if you want to win some time.
2. Crafting with the Creator Tool: Use the Creator Tool to make your creation. You'll use your Voxel NFTs (or $QBIT) and the tools provided to make your design match the community blueprint.
3. Join and Submit: Once your creation is complete, it's time to participate! Submit your creation to the contest through the designated easy to use interface which will automatically add your creation to official Qubit website and enroll you in the contest!
4. Vote for the Best: The Qubit community plays a pivotal role in determining the winners. Throughout the contest, players can explore and vote on the submitted creations. Each contest, random 5% of all the voters will get the silver whitelist by just voting on the creations. You can only vote if you hold a Voxel NFT and all the votes are tracked on the blockchain, to prevent cheating!

Rewards, Value and Recognition

• Prize Pool: The contest prize pool is composed of the cost of each creation built for that blueprint. That same prize pool is divided between the top 3 winners, the higher you perform the more you earn.
• In-game Benefits/Rewards/Utility: On top of everything, creator owners get to use and play with their creation in the Qubit game. This can be a mount, an ally, an enemy, a passive resource gathering utility etc… Explained in detail in Blueprints & Creations.
• Limited edition NFT: Each community contest is only held once. This makes the creations created during a contest, limited edition, as noone will be able to create those creations with the same utility ever again, giving extra value to your creation NFT. ****
• **Whitelisting:** There are 2 types of whitelists you can get with community contests. Silver Whitelist that gives you access to all features of the early access of the game, which you get by actively voting on creations. Gold Whitelist that gives access to all in-game features plus 1 legendary spell & equipment to get started , which you get by being in top 5 in any of the community contests.
